I got too busy forgot to post about dinner the other night- leftover steak (which Haven dipped in A1!), broccoli, 2 mini oranges and a soft corn tortilla with hummus. She ate all but the broccoli and some of the tortilla and hummus. Milk to drink. Oh and 3 Vanilla Wafers after dinner (my dad's :).
I got too busy forgot yesterday too. (Did I mention we are about to move?)
Breakfast: Strawberries, a smoothie, some Os. Milk.
Snack: Dried cranberries and the rest of the Os from breakfast (remember she eats em dry- so they weren't soggy!). Water.
Lunch at a friend's house: Pancakes with whipped cream, a few more strawberries (overload on berries this AM! Parallel to my coffee intake so far today :), and a little popcorn. She doesn't have pancakes often so she only ate a few bites as I think she's just not used to them.
Snack-->Dinner: Pretzels, which really snack was too close to dinner as she had a long nap so I popped her in her chair at the table while I quick made one of our favorite meals. I saute chopped onions in olive oil, then add any type of drained canned beans (last night was garbanzo) + cumin, salt, smoked pepper, and a little cayenne. Haven had hers on a soft corn tortilla with cheese although she's more a fan of the beans+onions. With it, she had some apple slices and marshmallows for dessert :) And milk.
Breakfast: Fruit bar, scrambled eggs (didn't eat em although she often loves em), and lots o' blueberries.
Snack: Goldfish crackers.
Lunch: Peas (she attacked that mug of peas!) and a hot dog which she ate all of but not much of the bun. Milk. Check it out!
